About Lisa (that's me!)
In 1997 she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid
Arthritis and through a healthy diet and lifestyle managed to remain as healthy
as possible for someone on as many drugs and trials as she is. Alot of people
who meet her are astounded to learn she has the condition at all as she tries to
live a normal life, thanks mainly to the simple secret of nutrition.
She has always had a passion for health and nutrition and she put her
knowledge to good use by graduating through the Irish Health Culture Association
in a Diploma of Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 2009. She know lives in
Australia and is bringing her knew knowledge to her Choice fans through her
Facebook page and now her own website. We hope you'll enjoy your journey to

APRIL 2011
Cormac and I got married! We decided that as we were living our absolute dream out here in Perth that it was the perfect place to get married with some of our close friends and family who are living out here. The Irish friends and family didn't miss out though, we were back on the Emerald Isle days later doing it all over again!
